Answer, book, and route every patient call

Book a call

EU data residency, Zero Retention Mode, and a data processing agreement under the revised Swiss FADP.

Voice agents handle appointment booking, prescription renewal intake, and callback requests in German, French and Italian, then escalate anything urgent to your staff. The system gives no clinical advice.

The switchboard is the bottleneck

Trained medical practice assistants (MPAs) spend their day on a switchboard that cannot keep up. Calls peak exactly when the practice is fullest, patients redial or give up, and appointment slots go unfilled while the waiting room stays full.

The SGAIM "Papiertiger" survey of more than 1,800 doctors and MPAs documents administrative work with no medical value across the profession. This is a system problem, not a local staffing failure.

What the agent handles

Scope is fixed in the agreement. The agent gives no clinical advice and makes no medical assessment.

Appointments

Books, moves, and cancels appointments over the phone, at any call volume.

Callback requests

Takes callback requests and routes them to your staff by stated urgency.

Prescription renewals

Records renewal requests with medication and pharmacy details for your team to approve.

Hours and routing

States opening hours and routes anything outside scope to your staff.

The platform supports 70+ languages. This deployment answers in High German, French and Italian. The agent understands common Swiss German phrasings but does not speak dialect, and callers who prefer dialect reach your staff directly.

Compliance, configured before the first call

Procurement will check. This is what it finds.

Professional secrecy

Art. 321 StGB is addressed with your counsel through a processor agreement before any pilot begins.

Certifications

ElevenLabs holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications.

Swiss data protection

A data processing agreement under the revised FADP, aligned with the GDPR.

Data residency

Data is processed in the EU on the Enterprise tier. Swiss residency is not currently available.

Retention and encryption

End-to-end encryption on every call, and Zero Retention Mode stores no audio and no transcripts.

Training data

No patient data is used to train models.

Three steps to a running pilot

1. Scoping call

Map your call types together and agree which are in scope. Non-clinical calls only.

2. Pilot on one line

One line, with the DPA, EU residency and Zero Retention Mode configured before the first call.

3. Measure, then extend

Answer rate, abandonment and minutes returned to clinical staff, reviewed together after four weeks.

Four commitments, in writing

  • No clinical advice, ever. Urgency routing to a human, not an assessment.
  • No patient data used to train models.
  • Data stays in the EU. Deletion on request.
  • Your staff hears every escalation. Nothing is silently closed.

Book a scoping call

Thirty minutes, your call types, and a clear in-scope list.

Choose a time directly in the calendar. The call runs thirty minutes.
